Report content or a user
Tap the ••• button on any clip or comment in the app and choose Report. For urgent issues, email us.
Subscription & billing
Manage or cancel Chuckle Premium in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete my data
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete my data. You can also email us. We process deletions within 7 days.
Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I see new clips?
Pull to refresh the feed. If clips still do not load, check your connection. The realtime indicator at the top of the feed shows your connection state.
My submitted clip isn’t showing up.
Submissions go through a quick moderation pass, usually in under an hour. You will see it in your profile once it is live.
I bought Premium but it isn’t active.
Open the app, go to Profile, and choose Restore Purchases. If that does not work, email us with your Apple receipt.
How do I get verified as a comedian?
Email us from the address associated with your booking agent or club and include links to your work.
