Tap the ••• button on any clip or comment in the app and choose "Report". For urgent issues email hello@comedyaddiction.com.
Subscription & billing
Manage or cancel Chuckle Premium any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete my data
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete my data. Or email hello@comedyaddiction.com. We process deletions within 7 days.

Why can't I see new clips?
Pull-to-refresh on the feed. If clips still don't load, check your internet connection. The realtime indicator at the top of the feed shows your connection state.
My submitted clip isn't showing up.
Submissions go through a quick moderation pass — usually less than an hour. You'll see it in your profile once it's live. If it's been over 24 hours, email hello@comedyaddiction.com with your handle.
I bought Premium but it's not active.
Open the app, go to Profile → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, email hello@comedyaddiction.com with your Apple receipt (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or the email Apple sent you).
Video keeps buffering.
Chuckle streams clips at adaptive quality. On weak networks, give the first second to load — playback should be smooth after that. If it persists, restart the app or your network.
How do I follow a comedian?
Tap their avatar or handle on any clip to open their profile, then tap Follow.
I'm a comedian — how do I get verified?
Email hello@comedyaddiction.com from the email associated with your booking agent or club. Include links to your work (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
